GCC firms significantly strengthened their presence in the Indian real estate market during FY 2025, leasing a total of 32 million square feet of office space across the country. This represents a robust 24 percent year-on-year growth, underlining India’s increasing importance as a preferred destination for global capability centers and outsourcing hubs. Bengaluru emerged as the leading city, accounting for 12.43 million square feet of leasing activity. The surge in demand was largely fueled by IT and ITeS outsourcing requirements from GCC-based companies, highlighting the city’s established talent pool, cost advantages, and strong infrastructure that continue to attract international occupiers.
